A Novel Self-Adaptive Rectifier with High Efficiency and Wide Input Power Range

A novel 2.45 GHz self-adaptive rectifier with high efficiency and a wide input power range is proposed in this paper. It consists of high-power sub-rectifier branch, low-power an impedance transform isolation network (ITIN), feedback network. Impedance matching realized by ITIN for both branches. The design able to switch between these two branches the according its output voltage level. has been simulated, fabricated, tested. measured conversion (PCE) exceeds 50% over from 5 29 dBm, total dynamic 24 dB. when PCE 60% 10 dBm 28 dBm. maximum 75.2% at 26 power.
